While going towards keshavraj temple you have to walk for 8 to 10 minutes. The temple is from the Peshwa era and the sanctum has an impressive idol of Lord Shree Vishnu. The Deity is also known as Shree Laxmi-Keshavraj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> In frontside of the temple a cow mouth carved in stone brings clear and cool water 24 hours a day. It is also called as Gau Mukh. Few people used to climb upto the origin of this water. The origin of this water is from the roots of the Kokum Tree, which is worth  experience to see. The temple trustees have disallowed to visit at the top these days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The place is also known as &#8216;Garambicha Babu parisar&#8217;. The beauty and prasing of this area can be read in famous book &#8216;Garambicha Bapu&#8217; writer by Shri. Na. Pendse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Keshavraj &#8211; what a marvellous place to visit. One feels glued to the beauty of nature here and does not feel like moving out even after the bliss obtained from Keshavraj darshana at the temple. A rare pleasure not to be missed.
